2. Order this item and receive return label(s).
3. We will send you a return label via mail with a re-sharp form. use the label and send your blades back.
4. Sit back and wait
5. We will call you with the final details and balance of the sharpening once it is complete.
6. We will then ship them back to you with another return label
7. Repeat!

In More Details:

• Minimum 5 blades of the same TPI (Teeth Per Inch)
• Do not Send any of the following:
• Broken blades
• Kinked blades
• The blade is missing more the 3 teeth in a row or 7 on the blade;
• Once we receive the blades, they will be sharpened in the order received.

Two B57 Blade Wheel Belts (P04185) are included. Compared to other blade wheel belts, the Wood-Mizer B57 retains its shape for a longer life as it is made from specially hardened material that doesn’t wear off as quickly as other belts do. For longer life, rotate belts every 50 hours. Estimated blade wheel belt life is up to 400 hours.

Two Blade Guide Rollers

Two Blade Guide Rollers (A04925) for 1-1/4″ to 1-1/2″ sawmill blades are included. For longer life, check the rollers for performance and wear every blade change by making sure the rollers are clean and spinning freely. Replace any rollers which have worn smooth or have become cone shaped. Estimated blade guide roller life is up to 1000 hours.

Two Cam Follower Bearings

Two 1-1/2″ Cam Follower Bearings (012797) are included. For longer life, routinely remove sawdust from the track rail and roller housing and lubricate the track rail often. Replace any cam follower bearings which have developed a groove or indentation. Estimated cam follower bearing life is up to 1500 hours.
